codes and direct porting - DoGa Interface

ok, so DoGa operates on .LP3 files, and blender supports a decent amount of files to import/export, but not DoGa.

so why not write a script or something, that allows .LP3 files to be ported to blender...

that would probably help alot in my 3D forging of things; hammer it out to a point in DoGa, then splay or tier it to blender for finishing.
